When a user is suspended, their access to Robin AI is removed. Admins and Owners can reactivate a user who was previously suspended from their Robin AI account.
To reactivate a suspended user:
Click Users in the left sidebar.
Find the relevant user in the users table.
Click the three dots icon for the user.
Click the Reactivate option.
The user will be suspended from accessing Robin AI.
