To access this tool to help accelerate your contract reviews:
- Select a contract in the Review module that you are currently working on
- Click on "See History"
- Select versions of the contract to compare
- Instantly see changes in redline in the body of the contract
We've made it quick and simple to understand more about the history of your contracts and the amendments that have been made. Remove the risk of error or mistakes from your processes, all whilst speeding up the time it takes to get contract reviews completed.
You can use Compare Versions to compare the latest version with the original version of the contract, or you could use the feature to compare any other two versions - like the latest version you received from the counterparty, with the last review that you conducted.
